Can we tell you how much we have been loving these intimate backyard weddings? We know that a lot of our couples are having to make the tough call to change their original dream wedding because of all the rules and restrictions that are still in place. This was the case for Sarah and Matt, but they handled the situation so well. These two are no strangers to Emily. The three of them actually worked together when Sarah and Matt started dating, so Emily was really excited to be a part of their special day. How cool is it to witness the start of a relationship and also be a part of one of the best days they will share together?! Knowing these two personally, it was easy to see how their new wedding plans fit their personalities perfectly. Sarah and Matt love to be outdoors, so it was a no brainer that they spent their whole evening outside with their loved ones by their sides. This is going to sound so cheesy, but their ceremony gave us major “Twilight” vibes. You know… when Edward and Bella get married in the forest. Sarah and Matt were pretty close to that with their foresty ceremony, it was beautiful. AND they said “I Do” at sunset, which is our favorite time of the day. We thought their vows were so special too. They each wrote their own vows and they made the decision to share them with each other privately. There were lots of laughs and even a few tears. We loved every second of it. We can’t say it enough. It was a beautiful evening with a beautiful couple. Cheers to you, Mr. & Mrs. H!
