The sun was starting to fall behind the tree line. It was quiet. No one else was around but us. She started running through the field. Bare feet hitting the grass. Her hand softly held up her floral dress as the wind blew through her hair. She looked back at us with the biggest smile. Then she started twirling and twirling. Her hair and dress flowing behind her. As she spun around, her hands went up in the air. She was carefree, living in the moment. Letting the peacefulness take over her. It brought us back to our childhood days playing in our backyards. Not a care in the world. Just another adventure outside. Watching Yury in this moment was magical.
Yury nailed it and brought our vision to life with this session. We work with so many amazing clients all year long and it makes us SO happy, but sometimes it’s nice to do a session just for fun! And that’s what Yury’s session was for us. When we came across the beautiful Garey House, we just knew we had to shoot there. So, we started planning. We styled the outfits and accessories, creating two different looks that would work nicely at this venue. Then we found our perfect model, Yury. She truly made our vision a reality and we could not be happier with the results! Not only is she insanely talented, but she was so easy to work with. She made our jobs easy as she seamlessly flowed from one pose to the next. It was such a breath of fresh air. It was exactly what we needed to boost our creative juices again. And that is why it’s so important to do personal projects and “just for fun” sessions!! It keeps us feeling creative and gives us a little “reset” for our wonderful clients.
