It was early October. But it felt like summer. The sun was beaming and it was so warm. As I drove home, the memories of my magical session with Angela, Jacob, and their adorable pup, Titan, danced in my mind. Their laughter was a harmony of joy. And it lingered long after the session ended. Surrounded by towering trees, we captured moments that seemed straight out of a fairytale. Memories that were on repeat in my mind. Champagne corks being popped. Angela being twirled around and Jacob standing steady to catch her. And Titan being awarded the title of goodest boy on many occasions. It was a celebration of love. It was pure and unfiltered. The session recipe of my dreams. But what made this session truly unique was the presence of something close to Jacob's heart – his profession as a firefighter. The bright red firetruck stood proudly. It was a symbol of his dedication and passion. In the glow of its red brilliance, we painted a beautiful picture of Anglea and Jacob's love and commitment. But, would you believe me if I said that still wasn't the best part?! I was brought out of my awestruck trance by a text message. It was from Angela...
Angela's words were the sweetest melody of the evening. The cherry on top of an already perfect day. She thanked me. She expressed how both she and Jacob couldn't stop talking about how well we all vibed. And their excitement to continue this journey together was palpable. I couldn't help but beam with joy and agreement and wipe away my happy tears. Talk about heart eyes. Talk about feeling loved and appreciated. Very important in a solid friendship! They giggle endlessly when their together and are so down-to-earth. More than anything it's so apparent that Angela and Jacob have so much love to give. They love each other so fiercely. You can see it in the ways they interact and look at one another. All smiles, all the time. I would tell you that they love others with such tenacity too, but I think at that point, it would be stating the obvious.
Angela and Jacob, you two are simply wonderful people and I am so incredibly lucky to know you.
