It’s crazy to think that less than a year ago we were celebrating the Fowler’s wedding day in their beautiful backyard. It was so nice to be back capturing a new milestone in their lives! In April they welcomed a beautiful and healthy baby girl, who we couldn’t get enough of during her newborn session. We absolutely love when the parents and big siblings want to be in the photos. It is so special to get a photo of everyone together at the start of this new journey. Our favorite part has to be watching first time big siblings interact with baby. In this case, baby girl’s big sister was SOO excited. She helped picked out outfits and bows and wanted to be a part of the whole thing. Our hearts melted when it came time to do the photos of the two girls together, because big sister was very nervous to hold the baby without a pillow support. But, she cuddled her so close and did great! We were so excited about the portraits of baby girl by herself because Mom was prepared with so many outfits and headbands for us to choose from. Side note, can we take a second to talk about how big most of the adorable newborn outfit sets are?! We unfortunately were only able to use two of her outfits because the rest were way too big for her. Major bummer because she had this precious unicorn set that we loved, but couldn’t use. On the bright side, Mom’s favorite color is purple, so you better believe that we incorporated that when we could. Mom even thought of Dad and had a football themed outfit ready to go. He is a Seahawks fan, so they had to introduce her to his favorite team. She’s the cutest fan we’ve ever seen! Overall baby girl was so easy to work with and she slept the majority of the time, which is a dream for us. We can’t wait to see them again in a year when she turns one!
