The city was bumping. Literally. A live musician was playing and singing love songs. There were people dancing along. Others were in awe of the riverwalk and all of its mighty beauty. It was golden hour. And to our sweet surprise, the gold doors of Chicago’s Wrigley Building were perfectly reflecting the setting sun. Dressed in their evening best, Youla and John were standing close to one another holding hands. We asked them to smile at the camera. Youla was quick and beamed at us. John gazed down at her and smiled. In the heart of one of the busiest cities, with all the commotion around them, it was just the two of them. It was as if he didn’t even hear us. He was in his own little world admiring her. And it was definitely a sight to see. We may be biased, but Youla and John were quite the view that evening. But that isn’t even the best part. This specific moment happened MULTIPLE times during our session. John just couldn’t keep his eyes off of her. *Cue the heart eyes*
Being hopeless romantics, we notice this stuff. And it makes our hearts so happy! This is seriously the type of love you read about in romance novels. But this is Youla and John’s reality. We truly cannot even put into words how sweet it is watching these two. They are enamored with one another. Both of their faces light up when they lock eyes. Their admiration for each other is written all over their faces. They often steal glances at each other, like they can’t get enough. When Youla smiles, John smiles even bigger and vice versa. He showers her with kisses and she seems to hug him closer each time. But in the same breath, their love is also gentle and sophisticated. They can be more reserved at times. But it’s beautiful because they bring out the best in each other. They take care of each other. We love reflecting on this moment where John focused on Youla because it simply shows us how much they love each other. And if you haven’t figured it out yet, they love each other a lot. Like a lot, a lot!
Youla and John, we are in awe of you two. We love the love you share and how, literally like the movies, there were moments where the world stopped and it was just you two sharing sweet kisses and dancing in the city. It was magical.
